This is true customer service. Had a problem with one of the strings coming loose that attaches the velcro to the belt. I was ordered and shipped a new belt under their lifetime warranty the next day. I wish more companies could follow the customer service that you all have.

Great product. Velcro is very strong and belt is stiff. Holds duty gear really well. Customer service was great and shipping was fast.

Would of like the option of canceling a back order before it shipped since i still had plenty of that product left in stock

I ordered the Tactical vest level 3+ and it was one size too big for me but I don't hold that against safe life defense because they sent me a corrected size at no cost to me. Vest looks good to me. It's doest the job. At the end of the day it's a tac vest.

I'm literally laughing at this.....1 star is really to much,maybe if safe life could get there armor made in a timely matter it would be more I bought it with the knowledge of a 6 week back order which is fine but my wait time for it to even ship was double that....safe life wants to put all these adds up about their guardian angel program for a free armor donation but won't put time into making enough for the people who actually paid them im literally going to take it apart and get an idea of how its made and I will put every resource at my disposal to start making my own armor and do my best to put this company under las vegas

Customer service was excellent, and i love that you keep me informed on the shipping with my orders. The only, I wish your vest was two to three inches longer. I'm 6² and when i put the vest on with my duty belt weather I'm standing up or in the cruiser i feel like my belly is exposed. On your site you have set sizes and not everyone is built the same way, some are taller than others and you should offer a long option for your taller customers. All of the prior bullet proof vest, I've gotten from the department, I've always gone to the location and gotten measured for an exact fit.

Bought the First Responder Level 3a and it said ship time was 3-4 weeks. It's only been 1 week and it already shipped, I'm very pleased with the haste that the company used to get my order to me. The only reason I didn't give 5 stars was because I don't have the vest in hand but I will definitely write a review on it when it's on my doorstep. Thank you SafeLine Defense!

I haven't received anything yet and ordered back in August. This is ridiculous
